I saw one of these in the mid-1980's, guy had a sign on it saying questions $1.00. My co-worker asked a question then walked away and the guy tried to shake me down for the $1.00, what a jerk.

Bede’s remarkable LiteStar was based on his BD-5J jet design, with a fiberglass, wingless airplane body covering two inline passenger seats, and a 400cc Yamaha engine. The frame included a pair of rollbars, and two small outrigger wheels on stubby ‘wings,’ which only touched the ground while cornering or at rest.
