Unfortunately, project is now going much slower than it was planned - I have not yet complete installation, this is just a mock up.
What you see on images above is just a front part that is exactly stops before catalytic converter. So, there should be no heat issues. I'm planning to cut it from plywood - if everything will be fine, I'll replace with some sort of composite (GFRP).

The rear part is not yet ready, but I'm planning to create 2 separate parts for the left and right side. What about catalytic converter and pipes - it will remain open. Probably, it could be covered with aluminum plate with some naca-ducts for ventilation, but I will test carefully before.
