Doesn't it seem quite strange that early RHD Transporters and those with doors on both sides had the same door sets simply assembled the other way around, while the RHD ones made in Brazil exclusively for export had a mirrored set of doors, all while being offered as a cheap alternative to the updated German and South African models?
