This is as far as I got with air curtains in 2017. The bumper is off the car right now, so maybe I can make some progress. It's an old bumper over rider installed upside down.
I'm also working on a modest diverter for the Metro XFi in 1/8th inch ABS, but I don't have a working camera at the moment.

Also, I believe the edge of the air curtain should be slightly angled inward from what you have pictured. What we want to do is overlay two airfoil lines over one another, one slightly larger than the other. The inside airfoil should be the inside surface of your bumper/etc, which the outside edge is a segment from the larger airfoil arc. If the edge is tilted too sharply to the prevailing airflow, it will cause turbulent shadowing that negates all the benefit of the air curtain.
