Took these pictures a few blocks away. That might be one of the last streets paved with cobblestones in the neighborhood.

Notice the exhaust tip under the left rear fender, a '93-'96 Brazilian Beetle feature when a catalytic converter was fitted, yet it still retained a dual-carb setup instead of the EFI fitted to its Mexican counterparts which also had the catalytic converter fitted in a different position.
