Two notes:

1. Adding water vapor to the intake air often improves efficiency. Look into this before playing with "electrolysis" games.

2. Commercial hydrogen generation starts with natural gas, not water. If you really wanted hydrogen in your fuel intake (you don't), try braking up your gasoline to generate H2. Anyone who suggests using water is full of BS. I'm sure you've see countless proofs of why electrolysis is ineffective. If H2 was so wonderful: why aren't you hooking up to your house's CH4 supply and generating much cheaper H2?
