After what happened in Ukraine no nation will ever surrender their nukes and nearly every nation that doesn't have them will be seeking them.
In the 1990s Ukraine gave up their nukes, left behind by Russia and nato promised to protect them and look what happened. They are probably going to lose a third of their country.
