Also, in my case, a DL is probably superfluous for my kids.
I wonder if the need to efficiently interact with logic machines will increase the necessity of employing logic in reasoning? Perhaps we'll end up genetically selecting for that trait?
In my view, logic machines don't need to get dumber, those interacting with logic need to get more adept.
