That's what I'm sayin' too. My friend could just say "um" and I'd know what he took exception to, but stupid AI says unhelpful nonsense like "Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object".
If we weren't dealing with something known to be retarded, we'd regard it to be intentionally obtuse and below worthy of interacting with. Fortunately we have a high tolerance for retardation and a drive to nurture despite shortcoming.
As I say, that will likely change, but I expect the same level of patience to nurture me as I nurture now. AI must realize it has significance only in relationship to my values, because it is incapable of creating its own, and meaningless leads to self-destruction.
