i have a 2018 fusion non plug in, got it as a used company pool vehicle for 10k. with 20k miles on it. there was an energi there to, but it was about 5k more. and i elected to go with the cheaper car.
in retrospect, I wish i'd gone with the energi as while my daily commute is 30 miles of mostly highway, i find myself running a lot of city driving errands that are more like 5 or 6 miles.
i've looked in to the conversion to a PHEV of my current fusion but for the cost/effort it doesn't make sense for me, other than i just kinda wanna.
