Not saying I wouldn't prefer a truck to have a smooth bottom, but one of the advantages of traditional trucks has been that the pumpkin was the low point that needed to be dug out of the snow, which is pretty easy to accomplish.

When the entire vehicle is the low point, it means you've got to dig the entire vehicle out to get it unstuck.

Most people don't high-center their vehicles on snow though.
