So, I'm officially a northerner now . . .

We moved to Sumter SC last weekend, just southeast of Shaw AFB. So maybe not technically a "northerner" to some of you guys, but considering I've lived most of my life in central Florida anybody north of Valdosta Georgia falls into that category to me.

Now I'll have to see how the Maverick Hybrid does in a real winter (again - not to some of you guys). Commute is about 45 minutes each way to just northwest of Camden, but I'll work mostly remotely from home so I won't rack up a ton of miles after the plant gets up and running and I'm back working out of the house.

Guess I need to start keeping up with the fuel log which I noticed I only put one fill in so far!

I'm not using the last couple tanks for sure - my son drove Silver up from Florida behind us with the 5x10 lawn trailer loaded down with more in the bed and in the rear and passenger seats (I towed a 6x12 Uhaul trailer behind the Princess Carriage). He said it drove really well, but averaged less than 20 mpg loaded down like that at 80 mph
