So something simple and light that increases the % of O2 inducted into an engine would be nice.
You'd have to do a complete energy balance, comparing the OEM thermal efficiency, to that of the modified engine, including the energy requirement to 'free' oxygen from atmosphere.
We want to reduce entropy, not aggravate it.
