Sounds like you really need to prioritize that dashcam.

Regarding restored title and all the prior stuff, it hardly matters in what they need to pay you. Making you whole includes paying for a vehicle as mechanically sound as the one you lost, with approximately the same mileage and condition. Cosmetic damage doesn't matter on old cars because the value is in the reliability of the transportation. Factor in various taxes and fees...

Just reject their first offer and submit some comps you feel are fair. Show them dealership prices, not private party.
