The french dude with the airmotor powered car has a decent idea but horrid implementation. Recall the airpowered 1302 craze.
45 to 50 city miles on 100 gallon sized tanks @3500, I was doing around 120 -150 miles so my life revolved around 20 minute "potty" breaks twice a day.
Range was also non linear with more consumption at lower pressure
