It won't hit that pricepoint. Either it flat out won't, or it factors in subsidies to achieve that number.

EDIT: Nevermind, Xist even quoted the part that said the price is after someone else's money is factored in. It's closer to $30k, and is a small, short range EV. You've been able to get the Chevy Bolt with more range since 2016 for that price or less, and it has a 250 mile range and acceleration that doesn't suck.
