I have both the dash gauge and a Scangauge in degrees on the Avalon. The dash gauge moves to the middle at around 130 or 140°F and stays there up past 200°. I don't know how much as I haven't ever gone much above 200°F.

So from the far left it starts moving at 100°F and 30° or 40° later it's in the middle and then stays in the middle for at least the next 60° or 70°.
