Spotted this beauty a while ago...
As Chrysler is now part of the same group as Citroën/Peugeot, I wouldn't be surprised if a next-generation Chrysler/Dodge minivan would rely on the same underpinnings of the European models (this one was assembled in Uruguay as a CKD unit anyway). Well, with a manual transmission and a 1.6L turbodiesel engine, it's quite efficient, and truth be told it's not underpowered at all.
