When it comes to Ford, as it has the successful experience of the F-150 which has been the best-selling vehicle in the USDM, there is not much motivation to depart too radically from its traditional design, while GM already seemed to try departing from the regular Silverado. Well, maybe the previous experience with hybrid Silverados back in a day when hybrid trucks weren't taken so seriously, might've influenced GM to take a different path than Ford. Stellantis has OTOH some developments in the EV field which might also have benefitted the Ram 1500 Revolution, even though electric versions of its European are not different in appearance from their ICE-powered counterparts.
