I don't tend towards conspiracy theories; meaning I generally assume Occam's Razor. Conspiracy theories are occasionally correct.

Today's episode of SA revealed the heart of the matter; if the vaccine provided a benefit (initially), it did so with those having the most risk of dying of Covid. If the vaccine saved people, it generally saved those who have underlying health conditions which will ultimately be their soon demise. If the vaccine got an 80 year old to 80.5, was that a huge win?

That's also my problem with "science" that says VW diesel particulate pollution was responsible for a hundred trillion deaths (or whatever their fake stupid number is). Somebody with respiratory problems that can barely survive dies a day earlier because of diesel particulates was "killed by dieselgate". I'm not apologizing for VW, only pointing out the absurdity of "excess deaths" "research".

Research these days ask those funding it what the answer is, then they create the story that fits the conclusion.
