Gates designing a buggy OS that's exploitable doesn't give me cause to dislike him or consider all his motives and ideas to be bad.

We're not that far off. I can hold a grudge with the best of them. Technically, he designed a Basic compiler and then stole MS-DOS from Gary Killdall by a side license with Seattle Computer Products.

What's the story behind the guy Bill Gates bought DOS from?
When IBM couldn't or wouldn't make a deal with Kildall, Microsoft bought what became MS DOS from Seattle Computer Products for $50,000 and licensed it to IBM. It was written by Tim Paterson, who mimicked CP/M's application programming interface. How much of Kildall's intellectual property he appropriated is a matter of some dispute.

So he wants to redeem himself? By hanging out with Klaus Swab and Anthony Fauci?

So-called progressives have a different idea of what redemption looks like.
I don't really know anything about Santa Klaus, and I bet I'd find redeeming qualities with Fauci. It's very rare for me to encounter someone I find no redeeming qualities. I'd certainly "hang out" with either of those folks if I were invited despite the fact we might not agree on much.
I get that you're implying it's the agreement part that does Gates' reputation no favors.

Not sure stole is the correct description. ruthlessly took advantage of someone in need in money, most definately, but the saga indicated patersons OS software was collecting dust. IBM advocation was the turning point. Gates had the connection to funds and a bit of luck.

That's asking the sales guy to help fix your machine.
Otoh, back then until they provided ID badges, you were never quite sure if the IBM people were secret service, same uniform suit. The IBM guys did smile, sometimes.

Today he teased this Episode 1995 would be the bestest podcast ever, and then he delivered [something].
At 29:28 he agrees that the unvaxxed are the winners.
Then he proves [to himself] that it was just a lucky guess.
Then he gives them permission to gloat.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. His framing has been correct all along though; that you aren't "brave" not taking the vaccine, and a "coward" for taking it. You respond to what you perceive as the greatest threat. There's no bravery choosing the thing that is the lesser threat. Being afraid of the vaccine doesn't make you brave. Being afraid of Covid and taking the vaccine doesn't make you brave.
Not the best ever, as the one on "fairness" was the best ever. It's the best because it challenged my held beliefs most convincingly.
"Best" isn't something that agrees with your perspective, it's successfully challenging it.

Best was his assertion, not mine. Here's a three minute excerpt (for the lurkers):
youtu.be/C41GCgyG4mI
I don't know or care about bravery or luck. In my case it was protocol -- I claimed a history of Anaphylaxis from the start.

I don't tend towards conspiracy theories; meaning I generally assume Occam's Razor. Conspiracy theories are occasionally correct.
Today's episode of SA revealed the heart of the matter; if the vaccine provided a benefit (initially), it did so with those having the most risk of dying of Covid. If the vaccine saved people, it generally saved those who have underlying health conditions which will ultimately be their soon demise. If the vaccine got an 80 year old to 80.5, was that a huge win?
That's also my problem with "science" that says VW diesel particulate pollution was responsible for a hundred trillion deaths (or whatever their fake stupid number is). Somebody with respiratory problems that can barely survive dies a day earlier because of diesel particulates was "killed by dieselgate". I'm not apologizing for VW, only pointing out the absurdity of "excess deaths" "research".
Research these days ask those funding it what the answer is, then they create the story that fits the conclusion.

I think we need to meme this guy until he cries, then make memes about him crying.
I don't know how you can argue with someone named catturd and think you are the superior one.
