Just do what honda did with my rebel 250 and cb750. Make the bikes unable to lock up the front or rear wheel or even stop well. Don't have to worry about lock ups lol. No kidding though ABS with strong brakes would be sick. Sometimes panic stops at the extreme end can be scary as 90% of cars have a better braking ability than you do.
