Regarding the app I use, it is called ArtFlow.
The 3D app is called Prisma3D.
I'm using both on a Note8.

This is just a "what if" doodle. I have no real plan to create this.
However, if I did, I would do something similar to what you mentioned.
The windows would raise as far as they could go, and any gaps could be filled in with something custom.
I have a 3d model of the car that is accurate.
It would give me an idea of how far off the windows would be with the roof laid back.
