AFAIK there was no SP2 in Argentina, so your brother would've had to come to Brazil. Well, back in that day the SP2 was worth nearly nothing, even my father once traded one for some small-displacement motorcycle (probably a Honda XL or XLX 250 which was the last motorcycle model he owned, and got his worst crash with one). Back in 2003 when I was 13, we saw a white SP2 at a classic car show in Florianópolis and mentioned regretting the swap, mostly because of the injuries he got to his legs after so many motorcycle crashes than the price an SP2 could already fetch by then. I don't know why, but in the early 2000s the price of collectible cars which would still be often found as a "normal" daily driver started to skyrocket.
