I went to fill a flat tire on a rusty old wheelbarrow a few months ago, and it blew at like 2 PSI. What blew was the rusted rim; the tire was completely intact. The steel rim had become so rusted it could hardly hold any pressure at all. Lucky it went at 2 PSI and not 30.

The wheelbarrow is older than me. Used to wash my first dog in that thing when I was like 5.
