This one has the 3-cyl 1.0L engine, never available for the US-spec model, and manual transmission.

It's no longer so common to spot a Fiat Uno with this earlier front clip, not to mention this is the first Mille version. Still carburettor-fed, but since I didn't see any "Electronic" badge I guess it still resorts to an old-school ignition with a condenser and a contact breaker.
