If you cover the nose, it's very Model S-ish. (Or very "luxury sedan" ish in general.)

MY PEOPLE!!!

I did a run down to Florida last week with a snowbird friend and spotted this gem!

I was flabbergasted - I don't remember the last time I've seen one of these on the road up north.

It was a 5-speed, but no idea if 3- or 4-cyl. I hung around outside the grocery store for a little while hoping to talk to the owner, but he never appeared.

What do you think the windshield sticker says/said? Not sure if it's car-related or political. (The back of the car was peppered with NRA / Trump stickers.)

Most likely the 3-cyl. IIRC the 4-cyl was more often fitted to the sedan.

Even though some taxi owners are still entitled to get a hatchback if they want so, it's not so easy to see new ones operating as a taxi in my hometown. However this has been the 2nd Onix taxi I saw recently.

I noticed sealed beams behind lenses. Aerodynamically-wise it's good, but it's violating the FMVSS 108.

After the Peugeot 208 got a 3-cyl Fiat 1.0L engine, always backed by a 5-speed manual gearbox, I see a much larger amount of these.

justacarguy.blogspot.com: A BIG thank you to Gary, who is one of the 3 people to ever help me share the interesting cars from other parts of the world, by simply taking a handful of photos while out walking about, so the rest of us can see what ordinary commuters are like in other countries

Fifteen pictures, one Volkswagen:

I no longer see Brasílias so often, yet I still see a reasonable amount of Beetles and Kombis on the wild.

This one has the 3-cyl 1.0L engine, never available for the US-spec model, and manual transmission.

It's no longer so common to spot a Fiat Uno with this earlier front clip, not to mention this is the first Mille version. Still carburettor-fed, but since I didn't see any "Electronic" badge I guess it still resorts to an old-school ignition with a condenser and a contact breaker.
