I've given MS money in the form of a license having already been paid for it to be pre-installed on a laptop. Buying a cheap laptop without an OS preinstalled is basically not a thing.
Other than pre-installed Winders, I bought MS Flight Sim '95. The MS Sidewinder joystick was fantastic back in the day, and I've always appreciated the ergonomics of their mice.
