I'm happy with my $30 Soundcore Liberty Neo earbuds. Only downside is the LED that flashes, drawing attention to you.

Also have the noise cancelling version that cost $100 (Sondcore Liberty 3 Pro) and they work superbly and don't have a flashing LED... but uses touch instead of a physical button. Probably more waterproof, but not as easy to use as a physical button.
