I always consider crossovers to be tall wagons or hatchbacks.
The writer of the list said the Venue wasn't an SUV, it didn't have AWD or 4WD, but then again, we had a thread about four-door coupes and two-door sedans.
Plus Apple won a lawsuit claiming a reasonable person would not have believed their advertising.
