I'd take it back even if it was comfortable. Most beds are, unless you've got a herniated disc like I do, and then you need a plank to sleep on.

Mattresses are a funny product to me. They are among the few things we still haggle over. The price of most everything is just whatever is advertised, and every person pays the same price if they purchase at the same place and time.

Mattresses though, you can't put a price on sleep. Well, you can't put a price on food either, but I don't haggle over the price of milk.

I dislike mattress stores because they are the same as car dealerships. Same sleazy salesmen, same non-transparent pricing. "I'm not authorized to discount this so much, let me go talk to the manager".

No more discussion about price, just list it and stop wasting people's time.
