The RAV4 Prime was for sure to be a wild success, yet Toyota limited production to some paltry 50k per year or some such tease.
No idea why they chose to limit production so severely. They left a ton of money on the table too considering the dealer markups nearly double MSRP at one point.
Toyota should have been offering the Prius and RAV4 Prime a decade ago in large volumes and have everyone's milkshakes.
