Corvallis, OR's Da Vinci Days has a pedal power threeway race -- street, mud bog and river. They had creative entries from canoes with tricycle wheels to a yellow plastic septic tank with a crew of four or more, paddle tires from a UTV and a stereo blaring 'Yellow Submarine". Fossil Fuel Free material.

A threeway course -- land, sea and air could have an efficiency index. Like the Mobil Economy Run.
