I should utilize my youthful ability to build up a structure of happiness in my life, yes!

…..But it tends to fall apart. The social, economical, and political climate where I am has always felt degrading, alienating, and insignificant.
It's hard to have anything physical last. My parents build a dome house in 1980, but a separate real estate deal (balloon payment) fell through and they had to let it go.

Wear and tear, obsolescence, taxation all take their toll. Maybe you can hold onto real estate, but you can't move it Tools and knowledge seem to be the best bet.

The social milieu is a construct, they want you to buy in but you don't have to. There is always an outsider contingent.
