The CBR600 F4i has a cam chain tensioner that rattles soon after installation despite the fact that it's been revised like 6 times.
I replaced it once, and the instructions are basically to remove the engine, or something silly. Instead I spent 2 hours with a silly homemade tool to get at the 2 bolts, and 3 hours trying to get the lousy 2 bolts back in on the new tensioner. Used up a years worth of curse words in the process.
My bike rattles, because the stock tensioner is garbage. Seems those serous about getting the buzzing sound to cease for good replace it with a manual tensioner.
