About a hour or two ago I saw a Volkswagen Polo taxi, seemingly with the naturally-aspirated 1.0L engine. And a 5-speed manual transmission. Volkswagen might be losing a few sales in Brazil by no longer offering any model with automatic transmission and naturally-aspirated engine, only turbocharged models come with this option nowadays, but it's lucky enough to still have a considerable amount of buyers with a much conservative taste for cars.
