My thosand dolla car 'needs' a new catalytic converter, quoted at $450. I might be ahead to put $2500 in the $6000 car.
Does any one know if it's legal to delete the cat converter? Maybe I shoud buy welder?
The EV I want has gone from 12.9K to 19.9K (dollars).
