What math gets you from $27,495 which is list price for a base Bolt plus destination to $12,000 for a new Bolt? That would need to be $8K in local and state incentives.
The blue book on my Bolt has been dropping fast - down $8K in a year since GM dropped the MSRP on the Bolt AND they are available on dealer lots again without mark-ups.
