The blue book on my Bolt has been dropping fast - down $8K in a year since GM dropped the MSRP on the Bolt AND they are available on dealer lots again without mark-ups.

Beginning January 1, 2024, the new bill also establishes an additional tax credit of $2,500 for EVs with an MSRP under $35,000. This means that Colorado residents who buy an EV that costs under $35K will get both the $5,000 state EV tax credit and the $2,500 additional incentive – on top of the $7,500 federal tax credit.

So take $15,000 off of any qualifying EV. It makes me wonder if I should look for buying an EV, but I think realisitcally it's best to just keep driving my current car until it stops working and really needs replacing. But I'm no financialy expert, so I'm not sure.
