I thought I had mentioned prior, Fla RV statues clearly states elsewhere two axle RV's are controlled in length by Straight truck statues, 316.515.3a.
A three axle RV is allowed 45' length as per RV statues, and nothing is mentioned about any exemptions with energy conservation devices on 3 axle RV's.
