I saw a similar setup in Amsterdam back in 1997. Small-displacement, single cylinder engine as well.
I re-configured a yard-sale, all-aluminum, dual, baby-buggy, ordinarily 'pushed' from behind by a mother while doing aerobic walks; turning it into a pull-behind 'trailer' for my bike, trike, and electric scooter. It has an all-weather 'body', made from a re-purposed, 'S-Cargo', rooftop cargo carrier, also from a yard sale.
