Apparently the craft had 2 MPH lateral speed on landing that caused it to tip over. You'd think those sort of problems would have been worked out prior to doing a very expensive launch. All the discussion repeatedly mention a successful landing. Don't know anyone would characterize my parking as a success if it's laying on its side.
... listening more, a safety disable switch was enabled on a laser rangefinder. You'd think sensor function is something that goes through a checklist prior to packaging everything up. You'd feel pretty bad if it was your job to turn the thing on before going 200,000 miles to the moon.
