Helping the "Global South" has been a (good) part of the plan for years. But the "Global North" isn't going to do that. The "Global North" is busy grinding what's left of Earth's ecosystems down via industrialism and the war machine, which are intertwined. It's amazing how utterly stupid humanity is.
