The wheels do have conical lug seats, rather than the typical Honda ball seats.

How do the plastic caps work to hold on the wheel covers, and where can I get them?

EDIT: I see the caps have a lip, and it appears that snugs up against the wheel covers and pulls them against the wheel. Clever, but I'd need to be careful about the height of the lug caps.
