That's a fatal flaw of our system; that it delivers only 2 options that only a handful of crazy people want.

Until ranked-choice voting is implemented, we will forever be stuck choosing between Tweedledee or Tweedledum.

The real fatal flaw is that too much authority is concentrated in the place it should be least concentrated; the federal government and especially the executive branch. Why is 25% of our income going across the country to a tiny area called DC, but only 9% is going to local government? That's exactly backwards.
