You mean to change the actual trigger temperature commanded by the ECU/PCM to trigger the Fan relays ?

Highly unlikely given the complexity. There is no alternator, just a DC-DC converter that powers the accessories and maintains the 12V battery charged. It's probably pretty efficient as-is (>90%).
