Ye. If you need/want the heat; switch on more miners as they offset the cost of heating.

The grooves from the 3D printer are parallel to the direction of air movement over the separately printed fan blades..!
There's a Bell Mouth with center cone. Bell Mouths work.
There's a static pressure recovery duct with tail cone and flow straightening stators.
All simple 'outside the (fan) box' thinking.
