i thought about using the word smart...really like smart driver! but didnt want to step on any toes at ecomodder since the ecomodder slogan uses the word smart so much.
when i was trying to come up with a biz plan i wanted to make sure it separated itself from ecomodder even though i rely on the site heavily for info. ecomodder has worked so hard to establish themselves i didnt want them to feel like they were being put in harms way by me being part of their group and starting a biz related to the same topic as theirs.
when starting any biz where people pay u money u have to think of the negatives too and one would be crashing someones car while i was driving it. if im promoting the site and have a similar slogan or name it lends itself to guilty by association so im being careful to steer clear of any formal or informal assocation as a precaution. it may be a stretch but id hate to ever have anything bad happen in such a legal poo poo society.
