you do bring a good point to mind - using existing systems better

what if you ducted a small amount of air (AC/Heat) to your seat
all it would take is some tubing & an bit of plastic mesh like in Dremd's link
Seat Cooling

it would get you warmer or cooler faster
and even if you did not have AC you would get some evaporative cooling (sweat)
and maybe no more sticking to the seat

the whole system would be much simpler than what we have been discussing
because it would just piggy back on what is already in the vehicle
controls/fan/power supply are all waiting to be used

just a thought
