I have the 2005-2007 journal of engines and journals of fuel and lubricants in front of me atm. Had the 2005-2007 journals of mechanical systems, in which it should be, during my previous loan.
I would surely have noticed this title when I went over the journal of mechanical systems. Sure enough, I just checked and it's not in the
table of contents
I'll try to check if they have additional individual papers. I don't know if it's something they could have on cd.
